If it's atrophy, which is common, vaginal estradiol cream is recommended but water based hyaluronic acid vaginal moisturizer or one with aloe vera are almost as good. It could be an infection so I'd try to see a dr and request vaginal estradiol while you're there. Generic is cheap with insurance. If they don't list detailed directions about the dose and schedule you can Google the standard directions. You can get disposable applicators cheap on Amazon like these, and if you like them the 40pk is cheaper. I just bought Good Clean Love's Restore aloe vera moisturizer and might try the Hyaluronic acid one if this doesn't work well enough but it's more expensive. https://a.co/d/0cgZwZbN
