I like L-T, Magnesium Complex (sometimes a bit earlier than bedtime stack to pre game), GABA and Ashwaganda with Natrol’s time release melatonin+5htp for my bed stack. Been on it and medically supervised for a couple years with great success. 5htp will really change and help REM cycles too. It helped me dream again after not dreaming for literal decades. There’s some decent gaba/5htp/LT combos to start with. I started with this one and eventually got separate supplements so I could adjust the dose and take them at different times after I saw I liked it. You may have more success with low or no thc and high CBD for bed too. I also like to consume bedtime thc via honey in my tea, and the tea stack is a big help too once you find the right stuff.
