How old is your paint? If you are using the stuff from years ago the partials may have clumped together making clogs more likely. Do you dilute paint before putting it in the pot? Dollar stores usually have paint/bead cups that are great for mixing paint. You can grab some cheap plastic brushes to mix with as well. I also found that a paint strainer works really well. After diluting and mixing in the paint cup, pour I through the strainer into the airbrush reservoir. You can swirl the paint with the brush to let it trough easier. This lets you know the paint is thin enough and you collect the debris from older paint.
