Back in 2020 when COVID broke out, my company sent everyone to work from home. Since it looked like it was going to be a long-term thing, I decided to buy the same type of chair I used at the office. The Steelcase Leap chair. Steelcase Leap (Amazon) Which has been working great, until I got sciatica in 2025. So I had to add some extra lumbar support to my chair and got this lumbar support device also on Amazon kingphenix Lumbar Support (2 Pack) with Breathable Mesh, Suit for Car, Office Chair The bonus is that you get two of these, so I put the other one in my car, which has also helped a lot! I too was advised not to sit for long periods of time. So, I downloaded this great app that reminds me to Stand Up! every hour. So when it goes off, I stand up and walk around the house for 5 mins and then it dings me again to go back to work. 😁 Too bad they only make an Apple OS version, I'm sure something like this would be great for Android users. Stand Up!
