I adore cationic polymers for my skin and hair, but yeah...they're the worst to get out of fabric. I use a solvent remover like this one the Mister brought home from ACE Hardware. Quat removal was not it's INTENDED purpose (Someone used my good Halloween cloth napkins at a party to clean up a butter spill.) but it works great. Just TEST IT first. It is STRONG.
