I kicked us off, but I'm sure there are a lot of athletes in this sub who are more experienced and knowledgeable and your input is valued. Reviews help with the books exposure so please have at it. I personally will not remove a bad review or criticism of the book unless it's clearly a shit post, but if you do write a bad review, you better come correct and ready to defend your position. I think the other mods and KB may feel the same. - now that the book is out, i think it's time to put a timer on this monthly workout challenge. Need to discuss with other mods in more detail, but I'd like to unveil the concept NLT 01 August and begin the first challenge on 01 September. If anyone has any ideas for this or anything similar like this please engage. The concept was approved by KB and I have something floating in my head, but I've yet to put pen to paper.
