YES!! mastectomy pillow is a huge thing that i would absolutely suggest. it also helps you stay on your back when you sleep and i honestly love mine. i didn’t buy a binder, but i had one postop. i would also recommend buying a drain holder off amazon, specifically a zip of shirt one. it has been a huge life saver and i cannot recommend it more. here are the things i used, they are pretty inexpensive drain shirt pillow
