I’ve seen rolls of translucent adhesive paper (think like a shelf liner) near the window blinds in home improvement stores. They have some with stained glass looks and some that look like a prism when the light shines through. There are others too but if you wanted to put it on plexiglass for your signage it would probably look very cool around sunset.
