It just works with tension as long as the door frame has a lip, so you don’t need to drill it in or anything.https://a.co/d/0cPCyMmN Highly recommend using it to get a good stretch out in the morning and throughout the day too - even without actually hanging, just stretch your body out holding onto the bar with your arms over your head, like you’re a cat or a kid waking up in bed — such an underrated and body-changing thing to do. Hips, ribcage, spine, shoulders, neck, everything feels it and needs it. Swinging from the bar is fun too, esp when you’re trying to build up more seconds on your hang :) Try for a couple days and you’ll be convinced. Would love to hear if so! Oh and for jawline — gum is not bad advice, however this actually has more to do with your breathing/respiratory mechanics — 1. practice keeping your tongue suctioned gently to the roof of your mouth so you’re forced to breathe through your nose at all times throughout the day (google tongue-up posture), 2. get the REMplenish water bottle (yes worth every penny because this is for your HEALTH), and 3. try mouth tape or a silicone mouth blocker for night. Hanging + Breathing! The most effective things are the least expensive things.
