IMO, her book The Three Waves of Volunteers should be required reading not just for experiencers but for everyone curious about the phenomenon. It ties a lot of things together. Fills in a lot of gaps. Corrects some common misunderstandings. It's been shown to me that she was the real deal. Otherwise, I don't know how much stock I would put it in it. Because it gets wild. You might bounce off a lot of it. That's okay. You don't have to believe all of it. But I strongly recommend reading the whole thing. Also try to detach yourself from news feeds that discuss politics, if you can. Try not to worry too much about the future. Focus on what you can do now, one day at a time. For yourself and the people around you.

At humanity's current collective vibration level, there is a persistent illusion of separation between "you" and "everything else." That in itself creates suffering. This suffering can easily lead to transgressions. The transgressions generate unskilled karma. The unskilled karma generates "lessons." For example, if you are a bully in one life, you will be a bully's victim in another. You learn to empathize with the victim. It may take many lifetimes to achieve this, but eventually the problem is solved, and that particular collection of unskilled karma is eliminated. According to The Three Waves of Volunteers, those of a high enough vibration will be moving to a higher dimension where the separation ends. You will not want to hurt "others" when you reach a vibration where you know that everyone is you, and you are everyone. This leaves only accidental harm, but the generation of unskilled karma requires intent. This intent will no longer exist. This, no more suffering.

Implants. I was disappointed in the MRI scene when they were scanning Emily's character that they did not reveal her body was laced with implants or even signs of a single one. That would have been on point but perhaps it was awkward for the plot. I think there would have been a risk of distracting body horror -- "Could one of these things be inside me too, doing God knows what?!" I am aware from The Three Waves of Volunteers that these devices are usually just there to help counter ordinary medical problems or to assist with NHI communication. Dolores Cannon said she never encountered a single memory of a "bad" implant in her regression sessions. But unless you're this familiar with the lore, you wouldn't know.
