Hi! I am only relaying advice that I’ve received. I’m about to drive from FL to MN with my cats, about 3 days of 8 hours of driving. I have purchased a super large carrier. This one here. I’ve set it up in my house and my cats sleep in it and seem to like it. I will only offer the litter box at rest stops, per suggestions I’ve had. I’ll make sure their favorite blankets and a pee pad for extra protection are on the carrier as well. If you can, get your vet to prescribe some gabapentin for anxiety. It pretty much makes them sleepy and they’ll sleep the ride hopefully. I’ve had to use this at home so I know how they react to it! Might want to test it. I am probably doing too much, but I’ve also begun harness training them to also be extra cautious. I would be devastated if they got out some how. Best of luck!
