Puffy/down pants and jacket are my go too for under rain gear (plus a fleece under the jacket and maybe even more thermals under the puffy pants) then I use helly Hansen rain pants and then a good rain coat, mine is pretty generic and you can rewater proof it when needed using this stuff or something similar. As for shoes, I use big rain boots but as mentioned those aren’t aloud at your club so maybe something that’s more like a deck boot could work. I rarely wear gloves cause they get in the way and then socks I almost always use wool ones or weather proof ones. At the end of the day I still sometimes get wet especially if I’m in a bow loader.
