I’m somewhat bottom heavy too, shorter shorts ( 5 inch inseam) really help hide that weight in the upper thigh and butt, check out the linked ones below. Longer shorts make me look like a midget. Also for pants, I just have to find something that fits my butt and waist well, and then take them to the tailor to be cut to the right length and have them slimmed a bit in the legs because they’re always super baggy if they fit my waist and butt.
