Honestly, nobody would believe that I was experiencing these symptoms so I had to figure out my own brace situation. I like those fabric ace bandages to give support to my ligaments, and then a standard brace on top of that to keep everything in place. Tiger ball extra strength on all my joint to keep some of the swelling down. They constantly needed readjusting and were super annoying, but it was better than nothing. I'll list the knee setup below, and I can made a video wrapping knees and ankles if you'd like. I read somewhere that MCAS affects collagen production, but I refuse to learn if that's true or not because I honestly don't even want to know at this point. On a side note, an old lady gave me an oil for my joints called White Flower and it was amazing for pain and inflammation. It worked better than Tiger Balm, but they don't sell it in my area and I can't seem to find an online retailer from the US that has it.
