I was seeing maybe like 1 roach every couple days...I use the product...none since.
Use some of this and place around the house in nooks and corners every few months on some wax paper. It was the biggest factor cleaning up our apartment when we had the really nasty neighbors and they crawled through the pipes in the walls.

Buy this https://a.co/d/0egxtpRZ Apply about .5"-1" strips in your hinges of cabinets in kitchen & bathroom, put some on a little piece of paper or paper towel and throw it behind and under the appliances like fridge, stove & dishwasher. Put some in your cabinet hinges. Put it under the cabinets even on the wall but very small dots. ESPECIALLY under the sink and in the bathrooms as roaches are attracted to water. Good luck I'd also highly recommend going to your neighbors in your building and asking if they have roaches. Give them some of this stuff as it comes in a 4 pack and tell them to apply it in their apartment if they want to get rid of them. The roaches will eat it and bring it back to their nasty ass hive and all of them will die

Those typically come in from outside but can be frequent visitors. Get this Advion gel, cut 1 in squares of magazine cover paper, put a half dime size dollop on each one, and put a couple under each sink, under the dishwasher, anywhere you see one, and a couple outside of each exterior door. Oh man the German cockroaches are fucking insane. My place in Long Beach got ridiculously infested with them. When I first started seeing them at night I was busy with stuff and waited for a week or two to exterminate them...bad idea, they multiplied and nested everywhere. omg it took every tactic in the book and weeks of working on it to finally get it down to manageable. Best product to use that got recommended to me was the gel, and the Advion is supposed to be the best. Once I got that stuff out they started dying off in droves.
