I cut a little rounded triangle piece of silicone and smooth it over my 11s to prevent the area from creasing at night. I prefer silicone because it’s hydrating so I can skip moisturizer there to help it stick better. One caveat is that it’s flexible so you do have to fortify it with another tape on top, just overtop silicone, not touching your skin. (I use regular scotch tape). Some other options to the silicone are smoothies patches or regular skin safe medical tape.
