My experience with the $60 soundcore range was that sound was very agreeable and their ANC was awesome. Microphone sound was awful (heavily compressed). Their app didn't work with macs (the customization app didn't run on macs) rater they worked well with phones - iPhone and android. If you're OK with wired I can save you a bunch of money. For the money I can't imagine they have ANC they have to be just mechanical cancelation - the earbud plugs your ear canal. Apple's AirPods 4 with ANC are $150 on amazon right now. That's kinda the gold standard below pros. I have a pair and really like them. I like the way they hand off between mac and phone for bluetooth connection. I haven't done a lot of calls with them but I imagine the mic is more than OK. My daughter does not like their battery life.
