The first 2 days are rough in terms of pain / adjustment. If you're going to take them out for the meeting, your speech will be fine. It's only hard when they are in, I feel like the lisp doesn't really go away...you adjust but it's always there to an extent. I was NOT prepared for the super dry mouth.
