A lot of people post about their teeth yellowing faster on this treatment, so it might be inevitable! But if you are taking your trays out whenever you drink anything that isn't clear, I would think you'd have less staining. I drink iced coffee every day and drink it slowly so I keep them in because otherwise I'd have my trays out for too long. I also drink flavored water and diet soda with them in, which are all sugar free but contain dyes/coloring too. I brush properly afterwards, and I try to drink plain water at the same time (but that one doesn't always happen...) If you search for "staining" or "yellow"/"yellowing" on this sub you'll find lots of people offering tips! It is generally recommended that we don't use things like white strips because the whitening won't get under the attachments, so your teeth would have patchy coloring when the attachments are removed. I don't like the peroxide taste of it but some people are unbothered by that
