Do you use Xylitol? It comes in a mouth rinse and you can even buy overnight tabs you can stick to your teeth to keep things moist in there. Ohhh. If you’re struggling with dry mouth too, that’ll do it! I have horrendous dry mouth and it makes me more prone to cavities. My dentist recommended Xylimelts. They’re not perfect, but by far the best solution I’ve found. Better than the mouthwash. You stick the dark side to your gums. It just sits there and slowly dissolves over several hours. It’s great because it doesn’t affect speech like other lozenges that roll around. And lasts longer. And can be used with trays in and even while sleeping! Also, mint toothpaste exacerbates my dry mouth so much! I use Hello kids toothpaste a lot. Their non-mint flavors. If you use kids toothpaste, just make sure it has as much fluoride as adult toothpaste. There’s a new toothpaste at Walmart too. I just got some to try. It’s called Hismile. It’s adult toothpaste in non-mint flavors!

I like the Hello toothpaste brand. They’re SLS-free but still have fluoride. I got the kids toothpaste because mint was hurting my mouth. I also use these hydrating mouth tablets and this mouth wash for dry mouth. Also I’m so sorry you’re going through this! I had it for 2 weeks and it sucked. Hope yours resolves soon 🤞🏽
