Instead of using warm water to remove or put in your trays, you should use a tool like the Pul Tool. https://www.amazon.com/Clear-Aligner-Removal-Invisalign-PULTOOL/dp/B07YCTSC1D
In case you haven’t heard, there’s tools you can buy that help remove trays. I’ll link an example but you can just search for “Invisalign remover tool” and you’ll get plenty of results, all virtually the same. A lot of people swear by them but I wasn’t so won over. It just depends. When using the tool, I found it worked better to pull from the inside/lingual of my teeth. And I always start with the molars. Idk how long you’ve had Invisalign, but I, and many others, had that problem too for the first 4-8 weeks. For me, I suspect my trays were making bigger movements at first. So the trays were tighter for longer. Sometimes later on, a particularly tight tray would give me trouble again. But I also just didn’t have a good technique down. And yes, I was afraid of ripping all of my teeth out too lol. At least I wouldn’t need anymore orthodontics then? Haha. If you’re new, it will all get better!
Sending this for OP just in case: https://a.co/d/0ihYJEG7 For the PUL tool. You can get a pack of two for $7.00. I got a second free custom case from the Invisalign app by scanning the QR on the tray packaging. So if you do that you can have two cases and two tools: one for home and one for travel. Just my two cents.
