I hated the Invisalign cleansing stuff so I got some purple tablets on Amazon. The sonic cleaner is so clutch. I couldn’t believe how much cleaner my trays were after. As far as physically, take aleve or Tylenol or whatever for pain. Some trays hurt more than others. For the love of all things holy, use the chewies. It seems so silly but it could be the difference between needing a rescan half way through like I did. Take lots of progress photos! This might be weird but I wish I’d have kept my first trays so I could see the physical difference between where I started and now. The entire shape of my mouth has changed. It’s wild.
