Another voice to echo the others: don’t sweat it. Hemmorhoids happen to everyone occasionally. So do occasional small anal fissures, especially for bottoms. Just take a couple weeks off from bottoming, make sure to take care of it (Prep H, sitz baths, don’t wash it with strong soaps or pressure and the like). It should heal up on its own in a few weeks. I also like to avoid normal toilet paper when doing this. Use wet wipes instead—you can even get cheap medicated ones that help even more, like these.
