Not OP, but I also use a urea + acid foot cream on my face!! It’s genuinely amazing for reducing my the appearance of pores on my nose. The foot cream I use, Kerasal Intensive Foot Repair, has 5% salicylic acid + 10% urea in a base consisting primarily of petroleum. The petroleum makes it really moisturizing and I haven’t had any irritation or other side effects. u/SlimyPunk93, could you share the brand of the 10% lactic acid + 10% urea cream you used?
