Under Armour Performance Tech - Solid 6'' 3-Pack

I'll probably get flamed for my suggestions but I'm in a similar boat... I have to wear business casual while working in the heat/cold and getting greasy while climbing all over things. Lee makes some lightweight pants that have a good amount of elasticity that you want for a lot of bending and stretching. Lee Extreme Motion for hot weather and Dickies Flex for colder weather. Shirts vary but for hot weather I wear Moisture Wicking Golf Polos with a Compression Sleevless Undershirt. Colder weather it's typically a cotton polo with a long sleeve thermal compression undershirt. I also stick to Underarmor underwear for work to keep it from bunching and turning into a sweaty mess. I have a few shirts like the one you linked, a 1/4 zip pull over with a collard shirt under goes pretty hard in your situation too. I havent found a full button down shirt I like yet. Tried dickies but those shirts run absolutely huge, i looked like I was wearing a parachute with it buttoned up. Durable/Affordable/Presentable/Breathable is a hard combo to find lol
