I know this has been a while since u posted. Is that the same seal that came with the orginal tank? I have 3 case low boy toilets and all them have a triple seal red tank ball. Im attaching a pic. Save all ur old parts, you may need them and they are insanely pricey. We have never had to replace anything other than the rubber ball. When we installed them they were cleaned thoroughly and that in the mid 90s. We just clean the parts if they get gunky (we have hard well water). I use an acidic toilet bowl cleaner with hydrochloric acid. Home depot carries several. The gel type sticks better. Then clean with a wire brush. Wear protective eyewear and thick rubber gloves cause that stuff is caustic. I absolutely love my case toilets and will never replace them. toilet ball
