I wore mine 24/7 for 6 weeks and 2 more after that at night and when out. As others have said, focus on the end goal. You’re almost 1/8th done. Tips Cut the arm off a long-sleeve t-shirt and wear that over your arm. That will make it more comfortable and prevent irritation. Figure out how to prop your arm up when sleeping.
