Items I found incredibly helpful. I had the same procedure. I'm 9 weeks post op. The recovery is long and slow, but each weeks does get a little better. A ice machine is an absolute MUST. I rented mine a NICE Machine. It was perfect because instead of having to refill it with ice you just poured a single bottle of water in and that lasted me 3 weeks.
