I totally sympathize. I'm so scared of roaches. I find the Ortho Home Defense does a bang up job keeping them out of my house. Make sure you get the indoor/outdoor one. The indoor only doesn't work as well IMO. Spray under your appliances and radiators.Anywhere you see them coming from. I spray my hallway and around my front door. It's also pet safe.
