First off, ALWAYS wear sunscreen when you’re outside or if you work near indirect light from a window. I discovered thiamidol last year and it significantly faded my hyperpigmentation/acne scars/sun spots after a few months of consistent use. It’s a relatively new topical ingredient for fading dark spots, at least in the US. There’s a study with Before and After pics of the participants. I use the Eucerin dark spot corrector with thiamidol.
