Got it. So the other thing to consider, and this has happened to me as well, is the quality of your microphone. What microphone setup are you using? I've noticed that transcription quality is highly correlated to the clarity of the sound coming in. One way to test is to look at your history and play back the audio file, see if it sounds really clear or if there's a lot of background noise. I'll tell you that even having an AC on may be 10 feet away from me and recording using my AirPods or MacBook Pro speakers creates a lot of background noise and makes it very difficult for recording to be super accurate. So what I did was, I actually bought a DJI wireless mic (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FQJH54TR) and connected it to my computer. And that has made the transcription accuracy significantly better. Of course, if you're in a silent room, then using your Mac mic is going to be just fine.
