I personally believe the amount of harmful particles that would flow back into your apartment would be negligible. It would quickly dilute into the large volume of air outside your apartment. I think almost all of your exposure would come from you opening the printer to remove your print when it's done (unless the Centauri Carbon has an exhaust fan it runs after printing...though I think only the CC2 has that). Even with that risk of exposure, I think that exposure would not be particularly dangerous. Consider, for example, that even if you locked yourself into a small, airtight room with a printer doing ABS, the level of VOCs would not be seriously alarming (e.g. see https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7673646/ or similar studies and then compare the VOCs levels observed to OSHA/NIOSH relative exposure limits for those VOCs). Only the UFPs (Ultra-fine particles) concern me; but, in my completely unqualified opinion, I think amount of harmful exposure of a single print is still negligible compared to the amount of pollution that exists in the air we breath every day. I probably breath way more nasty amounts of stuff when cooking things at home. Again, I'm completely unqualified in safety matters. These are just my thoughts. Regarding the printer rolling away...I doubt it would happen. If it's still a concern, you could use wheels that can be locked. The cart I used came with wheels that can be locked: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GC5D46BD?th=1
