I am guessing you have a ceramic coated Dutch oven. The ceramic coating not very performant at high temperatures. Silicone not actually rated for the heat and humidity at the bottom of a loaf of bread. I use this: https://www.amazon.com/EDGING-CASTING-Pre-Seasoned-Handles-Cooking/dp/B08YJY9PRD/ref=mp_s_a_1_4 I seasoned it once with lard and it’s been nonstick ever since. No silicone. No parchment paper.
