Almost all portable electronics are 100-240V, check the adapters on your electronics and make sure they are, most are if it's just a phone/laptop/tablet. If you're bringing lots of electronics you can bring a power strip from home so you don't need to buy lots of adapters. If you're only coming for a few days or a week or two that's the easiest. If you're staying longer than that, buy something here, we have just the same range even if some exact models are not the same. Almost everyone will have a USB-C charger they can lend you that works on a phone. You can get 'universal' style adapters if you do lots of travelling, both chargers themselves and just the pin adapters. I never think the universal pin adapters are as sturdy as ones dedicated to convert from one single plug type (or a couple) to one specific plug type. If your device doesn't support 220-240V (like a hair straightener or something) don't bring it, buy it again here if needed. You can get step down converters but it's not worth the hassle unless it's some sort of medical necessity.
