If you're definitely not going to freehand sharpen the easiest is probably a fixed angle system. I'd highly recommend the affordable Sharpal 202H. https://a.co/d/0hTZfyZa
The sharpal 202H fixed angle sharpening system which includes you’d need is on sale at Amazon for $149. I’m very happy with mine. I can get my knives from butter knife dull to razor sharp easily. Includes stones, strop, everything. Highly recommend it for your price pointhttps://www.amazon.com/SHARPAL-202H-Precision-Sharpening-System-Adjustable/dp/B0FS7ZPGCV
Look up Sharpal 202H. Here's an Amazon link. https://a.co/d/0gy6DyJc I bought one and it works great on every blade material I've tried it on. Ive been wet stone sharpening for about 50 years. It takes time, patience, and practice to get good at using a stone. The Sharpal is nice because it lets you set and keep a consistent angle on your blade.
I usually freehand but have been playing around with this fixed angle system for a bit and it's very easy to use and to get a mirror bevel on it. Has everything you'd need although I'd still recommend getting a bigger strop than the one they give you. Very nice for the price. https://a.co/d/0cMhi1Z8
If that's the case and if it was me I'd just get this then. https://a.co/d/09ah37Ng No skill required. Consistent results. Everything you need. Might still want to get a bigger strop but that's optional.
