It's soldered onto the system board, so to properly fix it, you'd have to replace the entire board. That isn't practical if the secondary USB C port is working. Not a sure thing, but sometimes using a USB C extension cable on your power adapter helps. Even a 6" one can do the trick. Both the plug and the port wear over time and sometimes a fresh plug is all that's needed to keep it going.
