Looks like a Mitsubishi condenser part number 214-81326-90-00. It has the usual two terminals: One is the metal fixing tab the other a wire should be soldered to the tinned tags and connected to the moving/spring contact of the breaker. Solder the wire to the smaller of the two tabs, let joint cool down and then fold the longer tab in sucha way that it holds the wire by the insulation and provides strain relief. Essential to save the soldered joint from vibration.
