Imo it looks like some residual laundry soap, lotion, etc. Here's what I would do cover off 12ppm chlorine MPS Shock Run all jets for 20 minutes, air open scoop foam close air, jets on 30 minutes Chitosan Clarifier- I like this one https://a.co/d/0hGr1mdH scoop foam remove filter, replace or clean /flush. If that doesn't resolve it you could try a half drain. Otherwise Ahh-some flush and full drain. If you don't have a cheap submersible pump, get one. It will make draining a lot easier
