Seconding the Medela hands free, specifically these ones (https://a.co/d/04TDBFLi)! Just need to cut the end of the tube and it fits onto the spectra no problem. I’ve been using them for months, and they work great for me! I was also able to change my pump on the aeroflow website from the medela to the medala pump in style and now get them as my free monthly replacement parts. I never had issues with the spectra ones, I just found the cups to be so much more comfortable 😊
