These sound like histamine reactions, the foods you list are generally high in dietary histamines. A lot of people believe that reactions to histamines in food is due to the body not producing enough DAO enzymes. I'm not sure where you're from but you should be able to buy DAO enzyme supplements that you can take with food to help you digest them. Famotidine (or Pepcid which you can get at any drugstore, it should be by the antacids) is an H2 blocker you can try to take twice a day. It blocks histamine receptors in your stomach so if the enzyme doesn't catch everything, you still shouldn't have as much as a reaction. Just some OTC suggestions to maybe help you diversify your diet. It may not help fully but I thought it could be worth a shot. The problem is then why you suddenly developed a histamine intolerance. Maybe you have SIBO or an inflammatory condition. Either way you're going to need to see a doctor, preferably an allergist/immunologist and a gastroenterologist. Keep trucking along man. I suddenly developed crippling gut issues at 19 years old for seemingly no reason and lost 20 lbs. It's so not fair
