Yeah x your flex plate is causing that. There are 2 ways to solve this. 1. Remove the plate assembly and go back to regular printing. 2, change the G-code to account for the new thickness. If you know G-code, you are good. If you bought your flexplate from Wam Bam they have a patch you can use to change the z-axis G-code. Otherwise you will have to learn enough G-code to fix it. Either way, you are voiding your warranty by using the flex plate and if you dont make the changes, you will damage your printer. Sorry for the bad news, but i went through this and settled on getting a set of tools that do a great job of removing my prints without tearing up my build plate. Honestly, just get this set. It has both a rigid long knife with a nice edge for prying, and a thinner spatula for tighter areas. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075SLTY8B I liked them so much I bought sets for my friends with printers and have a set hanging on the side of each of my printers so there's always one near.
