I have the phonak audeo i90 (no sphere). I use MOVSSOU E7 headphones. They fit over my hearing aids and I don't get any feedback issues with them. When I ride the underground train, I turn the ANC on and it helps. I'm not sure how good the ANC will be in your situation but it may be worth a try.
