Here's what I would do after 20+ years of playing - take your $350 and go to all your local music stores and try at least picking up and holding the guitars you can afford. Find one that speaks to you, that YOU like, that you think "feels" like you. The one you posted is solid, if you like it. Don't worry about an amp. If you have access to a computer, iPhone, tablet (etc) - you can get an iRig (or similar) on Amazon for under $50. All you need is your guitar, a 1/4" cable, an iRig (or similar, I've used this and it's great for beginners https://a.co/d/0hYh3oEC), a phone/laptop/tablet, and headphones (NOT Bluetooth). Worry about an amp once you've had some time and can play some stuff. You'll probably have a much better idea of what you'll want once you know how to play the songs you want to learn.
This might be as cheap as you will find and good enough for garage band for now https://www.amazon.com/JOYO-Interface-Recording-Lightning-Streaming/dp/B0CD288P3Q
You can play with just your guitar, and just go by your ear. The cheapest interface is like 18 USD, Joyo Momix Cab if you want to get note detection.
