So something just hit my mind….it may or may not work.Get someone to 3D print you a new plug for the hole and make sure it runs all the way in well. Brake clean the shit out of everything until it’s nice and dry. Use some JB weld or Hardman double bubble machinable epoxy to fill the crack inside and out as much as possible. Run the printed plug in and let it dry with the printed plug in the hole. Gently break the plug out as well as you can and run a tap through to clean it back up good. https://a.co/d/0ai5oRrs Now here is the tricky part. I’m guessing it’s a tapered pipe thread or something and the drain plug torque was too much and split it. You are going to have to find a way to not run it in too hard and split it again. Possibly find a way to safely wire it and use pipe dope for the seal. I would have to see it all and think for a while on that part.
