I’m probably missing something obvious. Some sort of string height gauge and a small Allen key/wrench. TLDR little screw legs on saddles. Less tension on string. Screw the legs shorter or taller with Allen. Measure height over fret. Tune string. Check for buzz. Repeat. Knowing the radius of the fret board helps cause then you also match the saddle height to the radius. Process is detail oriented and you can’t really hurt anything. This is a good book https://a.co/d/0dvqWZtWNot promoting Amazon. Just a link reference.

Time to recommend the one, the only, Guitar Player Repair Guide.

Sorry, I didn't hang onto it after I completed everything. Basically all I did was go through the course outline and compile a list of projects I wanted to do. Then I used a combination YT videos and the The Guitar Player Repair Guide to learn the repairs. Hope that helps

I forgot to mention this book - The Guitar Player Repair Guide: https://www.amazon.com/dp/0879309210 There's a whole section in this book on wiring diagrams and schematics that can say a hell of a lot of things better than I can. If you're getting into working on guitars, or just changing up the kind of work you're doing, I'd highly recommend it.
