I just came back from a two week trip to El Salvador flying from Southern California. I used https://a.co/d/014wlUjw 4ALLFAMILY Voyager. I also bought the portable battery. Cost me about $250 all together. I liked how it kept my biologic between 37-42*F. My trip started at 8 am, I used the frozen pack first. It was still very cool when we landed 8 hours later. Being on the cautious side and still having a three hour traffic packed trip to our final destination I switched to the battery refrigerator mode and it worked great. My meds stayed cool and at temp the entire trip.

I use this one if I'm 24hrs or less between refrigerators. It uses a gel pack https://a.co/d/0esUDM7k If I'm traveling overseas, I use this one as it can use either a gel pack or a USB powered cooling sleeve. Note that the cooling sleeve can use up a 20,000mah powerbank in 12 hours so being near a USB charger plugged into an outlet is best. The gel pack lasts about 36 hours.
