if you add loops down the back parallel to eachother at just outside of where you want it to shrink down to you can make it a corset top! they’re relatively easy and you can get a pack on Amazon here for like $10! It’s a strip you sew on top. they also sell super cheap simple handheld sewing machines on Amazon that’ll do the trick for most simple stuff!! Here’s a Singer brand name one for $15 that I actually have myself, I’d 10000% recommend the investment if you have anything lying around you wanna get creative with. it’s great for sewing on patches and stuff too! kinda like this
