Early afternoon should be fine for all three. K Line is fine and the worst I've experienced on that line is the smell. Apply some Vicks Vapostick to your nose if you'd rather smell the overpowering scent of menthol rather than ass.

I agree with you but at the end of the day, there will be stinky people on the train unfortunately, whether they are homeless or newly emerged from their mother's basement or off work from a strenuous job. I've found applying a bit of intensely menthol-ly Vaporub to my nose and upper lip does wonders to mask unpleasant odors on the train. I use the stick version of the product since it's easier to apply. Wearing a mask helps a little too. It's apparently what nurses use to deal with noxious bodily fluids all day. In a perfect world, I wouldn't have to do this at all but at least with this I have some control over this aspect of my travel experience.
