I can’t help with advice on that. I got diagnosed back in 2022 and have always been normal weight. I have bilateral stenosis of my transverse sinuses so weight loss wouldn’t do anything (I lost 10 lbs back then just so see but there was no change). It’s possible your symptoms are unrelated to weight. I recommend this book if you’re new to this because it really explains a lot. https://www.amazon.com/Idiopathic-Intracranial-Hypertension-Explained-Patients-ebook/dp/B09CYFSMQK/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9._0aTPW7DEMuZX-3fiEHgocI8E7C0e-VZao23onxWK1H7t5BI9MpZv2bqwbKopUhmz70FoWL3mu8NL76v5BXZU7cL08kYgnC46lsCV9135AQjAwCZmLaDcUyL-qTu73BDb39-LRlIt2Qn9563TPfNk4WS9m7qceNibbLQZfWimJuBtxG9Mpe7TZ0pHcAm81OVx9zBeeChOfSTopX7eEvKcLuZR0era3nCo3-yHiWEDzjlqz7brzyyxB3WW7_X6JGisIxH64Ece0jrFIY33TSjX5JQW2WzV6-3rI1ko-Ar3tE.TWppfGejQbLy6q2WpS6bgx8b7JTrzk_1IL2wmYZRCqg&dib_tag=se&keywords=idiopathic+intracranial+hypertension&qid=1782523553&sr=8-1
