Ditch the iBUY you listed and replace it with this IBUY, but I wouldn’t wait as these will likely sale out quickly. This one would actually fit well within your budget saving a little to put towards a nice 27” IPS 1440p monitor. I wouldn’t wait actually jump on the prime day sales before they end tonight. I would go with this instead. Gets the 9070XT, 9800X3D, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, AIO for $1,750. This is giving you a significantly stronger GPU and gaming CPU for a bit cheaper with less storage. The trade off is well worth it this build will be a strong 1440P that gets into 4K.
Take a look at this 9800X3D/9070XT and I know it’s not a 5080, but it’s a hell of a lot better CPU. If you plan on playing at 1440p then the 9070XT is going to be plenty sufficient. It’s capable of 4K gaming, but slightly less edge vs the 5080. You are saving $700 here which in my opinion is not worth a 5080 by any means, but you are getting 1TB less on the NVMe. It honestly just depends on how much you want to pay. I’m pretty biased towards AMD X3D chips as I only game so that’s currently the best option. Another possible option is this HP Omen, and as I’m normally not a fan of these or Dell’s prebuilt’s, they have changed some things. You aren’t stuck with the typical proprietary parts they put in them. Fully modular 1000w PSU, 9800X3D/5080, 32GB RAM, 2TB NVMe. I’ll find the link to the post of the individual who just recently bought this exact PC if you want to ask them anything about it.
